OUR STORY
Back in 2016, co-founders Anna and Isabel were university friends with a shared passion for healthy eating. At the time, açaí was rare in Singapore — and often expensive and diluted. Determined to change that, they opened the first An Açaí Affair outlet in Katong, serving high-quality, affordable açaí bowls in their purest form.
What started as an idea while studying quickly grew into Singapore’s go-to açaí brand. Today, we’re proud to serve thousands of bowls each week across 17 outlets, with more on the way.

Açaí is a nutrient-dense, dark purple berry from the Amazon rainforest in Brazil. Packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, it’s known to:

Our organic açaí bowls start with a pure açaí pulp base — thick like ice cream, but even better for you. We top it with fresh fruits, crunchy granola, and superfoods like chia seeds, goji berries, almond flakes, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut shavings.
what is an açaí bowl?
An açaí bowl consists of an açaí pulp base, which is a really thick smoothie that is eaten with a spoon. It looks like ice cream, tastes better than ice cream, and makes you feel extremely good about yourself. Our delicious açaí bowls are topped with fresh fruits, granola, and other superfoods such as chia seeds, goji berries, almond flakes, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and coconut shavings.
